That's what I was referring to, Tosh, you have to have the experience to understand that Cait's Q has a cast time delay - you can read about it, you can watch it"

Not to mention the AoE is magic damage, ADCs don't spec for Magic Pen and thus the 30 natural MR that most champs have would reduce the efficiency of the AoE by 23% (see Warlemming's post).
