"Twisted Treeline uses the same "normal" elo as SR (and the games count together too). I think I've won 1 TT game and lost about 30 :P That's why I'm only 40 positive.
I find that I win one or two, then lose one or two. Or lose 7 games and win 5. I've been +40 ever since I can remember.
