"Frozen Heart vs Randuins - Not worried about health with my build, already have a slow with wither, exhaust and trinity force proc, and an attack speed debuff (wither). What I get out of Frozen is:
1) Mana (crucial)
2) 20% CDR (crucial)
3) Armor (not crucial, but very nice)

"As Xen said, downvotes are downvotes - they are simply the opinion of the reader. Just rest easy knowing the reader was very silly with their opinion, especially if your guide explained your choices in full detail.
