"I'd rather have 48 Health straight up, unconditionally, than 10HP/5 (with 1000 mana, Nasus only starts with 245 mana at level 1). philosopher's stone completely beats strength of spirit even with Nasus' end game mana of around 1700."

"Potatis: Actually 10HP/5 for 3 mastery points isn't that great. With doran's shield, philosopher's stone, force of nature and warmog's armor, you have plenty of health regeneration all game. You have abnormally high HP regen with just Doran's Shield, and once you grab Philo St"
