Yes, the enemy mid AP is going to want to burst you down, and they all have a stun to do so. So when they come near you, black shield and they waste their spells. Does that make sense now? Spank:"

The mana regen it gives you is neligible compared to that of the earlier AA, and you'd only be buying it for the CDR - which you're buying too late, in my opinion. Perhaps considering moving the purchase order around, or dropping Morello's comple"
