I would recommend to divide this section into paragraphs. You write in a chronological order so you could call them starting item, Core items etc. or early, mid and late game items.
If you have two rune pages maybe show them and explain why these are "

The title...
I would shorten it. The title is there to draw the reader's interest. Call it maybe "Mini Annie Guide - All you need to know in 10 minutes!" and name the build "Quick and easy Annie Mid Guide".

"Why does your early game contain only 2x doran's rings, 5 buiscuits and no warding totem? Older players should encourage the use of wards and starting to use the trinket is an important step for beginners to learn vision control and safe laning.

"In all honesty I have to say your guide is amazing. Pretty much the things I wanted to put into my guide cause I haven't seen in a long time a non-overrating DFG build/guide.
I like that it isn't overloaded but some things like banners or other awesome "decorations" would be cool.
