I have always maxed e, never really had a problem. Cleared waves with ease and could still 100 - 0 a midlaner given the right circumstances at around level 8-9.
I imagine his q helps his burst, but his e helps with so much more it just seems "

Imagine pulling in the tank? As long as the enemy team follows you are probably going to die a terrible death.
A really good Blitz won't just "shoot his grab into the enemey team", it requires a lot more skill that that.

There is already no real reason to get them unless you are bot lane.
Changing the time on which they spawn would be perfect, the jungler usually doesn't even kill them until late in there clear anyways.
Wasn't swapping bot and top a way to combat this"
