Zed nerfs were so overdue, he hits way too hard for his own good and his early game lane pushing was just insane, the cooldown on his e will be perfect for him. Also, to answer your question, maxing e is still the best way to go on him. The AOE slow, plus instant"

I was thinking spirit visage for the heals ad cdr, plus it would help against ap.
Though I really don't think it is worth investing in damage for him, he is essentially an ap caster who does mixed damage.

I find she is quite similar to Varus but instead of early damage she brings mroe utility and late game. But I guess that is her downfall, being an actually adc rather than scaling like an ad caster >.<
