Generally, I will start at the buff closest to my bot lane, then take whatever buff I didn't take and gank top.
Early ganks top can win or lose that lane right from the start!

Doran's Blade junglers?
I have been hearing a lot about this, especially with the rise of Udyr. (Due to his new skin >.>)
What other junglers have been building this item first recently?
Would it be worth trying...

"I have always found them to be devastating on Jax and Tryndamere.
They really help with their early game laning sustain and scale well into late game as well."

"It would be good on any support in a lane who is being shoved under the turret early on.
Like.. against a Caitlyn/lulu lane or something similar. The sustain would be quite useful and the reduced damage from autos would help with tankiness.

"I personally run ad marks on Shen to help his early game and I never seem to lose lane.
I build Sunfire cape first in like 99% of matches. I also like to purchase an early kage's lucky pick which I build into a twin shadows later on. Other items I buy are usually Warmog's armor "
