I am interested, I play enough jungle to, personally, believe I am above average or at least average enough to meet your requirements. I also am quite good at support too if need be.
However, I am australian so that might cause some difficulties...

"It is not a nerf.
It is a rework to increase her late game. I guess they are lowering her early game, but by doing so they are increasing her utility and her scaling into late game."
