Isn't she supposably a weak jungler right now?
I wouldn't say I know jungling that well.. But her clear time was hurt significantly and she lacks the cc which makes a lot of other junglers so great (Jarvan IV & Zac).

Blue build on other champs?
Do you think it would work? I imagine it would only work with champs who can spam skills like Corki/Ezreal.
But how about Ashe? By design, she is a kiting dps, if you can't catch her...
