She complements her aggressive play style and her ulti can set up some really easy kills at level 6. Plus her poke can provide even more kill potential in lane!
I would definitely rate her higher up with Jinx.

He has some ap scalings so.. he can theoretically be built ap.
But then again so can tristana.
However, he is mostly played and is most viable as an adc. But, he isn't really very strong in they current meta.."
