He really doesn't have a build that compliments his playstyle so he struggles in comparison to some champs like Twisted fate who scale really well with particular items, like lich bane?
Perhaps in season 4 they will make some changes to items which might fit him better? :3

Personally, I love his lore and character in general, which is usually my biggest drive towards playing a champion strangely enough..
But, is he a good pick? I never ever see him in games, he is...

Jarvan counters flash because he forces you to HAVE to use it to escape.
By forcing a flash he can just come back a minute later and secure a free kill..

He has an absolutely absurd win rate and consistency.
He has probably the single most devastating ulti in the entire game..
So why are other champs like Zac and Elise being hit by the nerf gun?...
