Black Cleaver seems to out shine it but wouldn't it scale better on more burst orientated arpen champs?
Like Xin Zhao or Jarvan IV?

Early giants belt on Graves?
Since his passive gives him so much free magic resist and armour, would a giants belt be worth considering for the mid game? He would take one hell of a beating in comparison to other AD carries...

And they are planning to nerf Warmogs to so that should also help to make everything smoother."

Maokai Jungle.
He doesn't seem to be as popular anymore, even though his ganks are still scary as hell and his clear time is easily on of the highest. Plus the Locket of Iron Solari is too stronk on the tree.

Vi is a really strong jungler right now though so she might be worth a shot.
