Start with a Red elixir/4 health pots/2 mana pots.
No mid lane can take that kind of burst + Ignite at level 3, as for a build you have pretty much got it.
Black Cleaver into Warmogs hurts and makes him rediculously difficult to take down.

I think Iceborn would work okay on a more offensive build. But Building him like Malphite but with more mana would be hilariously tanky with enough damage to be scary.

Quinn and Valor.
While her kit is quite impressive and she has a lot of potential.
Her attack range is going to hurt her a lot. She has a shorter range than even vayne and lacks a gap closer til level 6. I imagine...
