"Small mistakes there and there which build up into a not so good cheat sheet.
* Q start is better as you can't take minion aggro with E early.
* W max is better than extra 30 dmg per level for E
* I'm missing the mastery Frenzy, unyielding and juggernaut from masteries.

Utility/CDR items are pretty standard. Mikaels crucible into locket with frost queen. Some go for small amounts of ap too. Full AP I wouldn't recommend tho.
