I think locket as a second item gives away maokai's strong mid game. Randuin's Omen
is better item most of the times and against double AP comp, you should get early
negatron's cloak or even just go for the spirit visage.

"I can only see it fitting for ezreal and even then it's situational item at it's best. The problem is they increased the price. You have to deal with enemy ADC botrk/trinity/IE by the time you have finished the item. It was a lot better when it only costed little over 2000."
