"I dislike your setup as it leaves you completly vulnerable to CC and being bursted into ashes without getting to use any of your spells. Glyph of ability power for example are meh.
Ruby sightstone as a core ??? Hell no for it's cost. More of a situational, but I would never upgrade sightstone fur"

"Can't understand the 9x mana rgn seals.
3 mana regen over almost 13 armor is pretty bad.
Get extra Dorans ring or something in stead if you need mana.
Disliking the glyph choices already, but to replace armor seals.
At least go 70% armor, 30% mana rgn in seals for example."
