"Armor seals, mres glyphs are quite core, imo you don't want to build lots of damage on alistar. Just buy tanky items and be unstoppable CC monster with ultimate.
Q max > W, because you can synergy the combo faster as Q has higher cooldown
Boots of mobility > Swiftness
Only take cdr "
