"Go for the extra movement speed out of combat for blitzcrank.
It's worth it as you can run someone down faster with it.
It's very underestimated talent, but champions like blitz can make something out of it."

"No defensive runes, crit chance quints are bad, no sustain.
W start gives lot away from zoning at lvl 1, attack speed rush
is bad, because you loose lot's of poke and damage.
Masteries lacking.
Frozen mallet is not worth for the price it is.
