I'm OK with all the downvotes he does, IF HE HAS PROPER ARGUEMENT. He makes downvotes and he can't back them up. He reasons the downvotes like "wrong skill sequence and looks bad" with answers like "I'm always co"

How is this scout behaviour ?
I'm quite unsure of scout's job other than giving publicity to the best guides like Astrolias (Just a example out of many other fantastic guide makers)

Armor reds are pretty standard on tanky support, armor and mres seals and glyphs are standard. Does it come down to the quintessance of HP which is also legit for tanky support ?
