Q is longer cooldown, around 15. At skill levels of:
R = 1
Q = 5
W = 2
E = 1

2. Jungle, Jarvan IV and Hecarim are somewhat banned and picked and I find there are better junglers than Trundle at the moment. I'd add Maoka"
