Sapphire crystal and 2 mana pots are awful start imo.
Yorick is sustained champion, so rather get mana rgn + 2 hp pots or if u really want mana, mana rgn and 1 mana 1 hp pot. Also; Take level at Q earlier and level up E for maximazing the sustain. Level 3 = Dominate "

You have very strange item & Rune build :3
Runes should be flat AD marks, seal + glpyhs armor and magic resists, quintessence movement speed/AD
Items should give more resistances, armor,mr and health :3
