- I don't see a good way of proccing thunderlord's as GP (if we don't count ulti every 2 minutes)

You should start with Q as gragas because it offers superior clear speed. Throw first Q 1:36 before jungle camp has spawned so you can get 2nd Q off in the same camp for fast clear speed. Then level up W. I also think you should have gone krugs > red instead "
