I believe she is not meant to be built as a bruiser / AD + AS or at least only mention it as situational build. You also only have jungling builds, no lane builds at all.

Stay behind minions / dodge it.
There are either bad cranks or good cranks. I presonally don't like them, because most of the time they are not that accurate.
