"I don't agree with some of the item choices / their sequence on the build, like Bloodthirster as first item.
Also the mastery "Butcher" is quite useless, go for 21-9-0 instead.

"I somehow got the ideal picture of this tool, but imo I don't find it necessary and as you said, it lacks of some stuff or forces you to do something, but this is just my opinion.
Nice tool overall I guess and some may find it useful.
