Current Wording:
"If cast on an allied champion, restores 40 / 80 / 120 / 160 / 200 Mana."
It doesn't say anywhere that it can't be casted on yourself. Just wanted to point that out.

"Good point, it's just that I put it a little high because of it's price. It's higher than The Bloodthirster, so I wanted stats to make it an actual viable option. I'll lower them."
