"Great build. Owned face with it, and I haven't played Eve for months. Philosopher's Stone is an excellent item on Eve for staying in lane.
The few things I changed were:
-Exhaust/Ignite instead of Smite/Ignite
-Deathcap earlier on due to high Mejai's stacks
-9/0/21 masteries

Teemo should not be taking a lot of damage anyways. Sometimes it's unavoidable if you get focused, but you should be the last one in anyways. 1 survivability item is all you need.
