I went and found each and every item viewable from the in-game store.
All prices are unknown because they are "Unavailable" in Summoner's Rift and Twisted Treeline....

"Heat is the reserve of Energy. It limits Rumble/s casting ability, although, it has pre-exhaustion benefits.
