ITT: Skarner's Ult comparisons
When Skarner was first released, there were LOADS of comparisons about how Rammus could effectively use Impale on a lower cooldown.
My initial thought was it didn't work as well as...

Under no circumstances should Singed buy Boots of Swiftness anymore.
Insanity Potion gives Tenacity now. That makes Mercury's Treads the absolute go-to item on Singed. It's not really something up for debate, the stacked tenacity varies bet"
