In some cases, you may just want the Doran's rings for the power and susrvivability.
Doran stacking typically lets you stay in lane a lot longer as long as you have good positioning and don't eat too much harass."

What if WuKong could be stunned like Garen/Katarina and insta-waste his Ultimate?
I suppose being able to knock-up enemies would be too strong to couple with CC-immunity. But a little Tenacity would be nice."
