She also has an impossibly hard time killing super minions. Most will end up blowing their ult on them because Lucent Singularity and Light Binding just aren't enough."

The only thing to count as one is his Stone Skin, but that affects damage-taken not damage-dealt.
That probably means he might very well just be a generic Tanky DPS.
