"On release, his base stats and mana-costs were too low and high respectively.
Now, he has too much sustain and is a little too bulky for all the damage he deals.
This is natural as he got defensive buffs too, and everyone felt he was good AFTER he was farmed.

I didn't know Anivia's mana costs were so high.
Rumble's very lacking in the "kill" sense, you just feel like you're always dealing fluff damage and it never FEELS like a kill, even when you do get finishing blows. They should add a searing sound effect "
