"Pantheon wasn't actually nerfed for his Ultimate.
His kit was too strong after they nerfed his Spear, and buffed his HSS.
So, they nerfed his stun.
Then they nerfed his HSS again, without buffing anything.
Nerfed Q, W, E = Useless champ.
