"Penetration are the only valid Marks, except for flat damage for some specific champions like Akali, and Jax.
For Seals, I recommend flat mana regen. (Replenishment)
For Gylphs, cooldown reduction is good, unless you plan to buy ionian boots. Then use Magic Resist or AP per Level Gylphs.

"Kennen isn't all that viable in my opinion, and needs some tweaking before more skins.
A champion gets more skins if he/she is popular. Refer: Teemo is popular.
Main source of damage in lane is a skill shot.
A portion of his combo demands he get in melee range.
Ultimate is built on an RNG.

I don't get any defensive, because this is a solo-queue guide. It's more fun that way.
And a good player can avoid death with good positioning and entry into combat anyway.

Tanks are essentially supportive initiators with bulk.
Stark's is preferable on an offensive champion.
And the way I see it, Stark's has always been very good value. It's cheap compared to the pricing of other aura items."
