"imo, they should make Tiamat's splash proc on-hit effects for reduced damage too.
It wouldn't be too overpowered because it's reduced, but it would be funny as hell."

"Jarvan IV was nerfed quite a bit.
I don't play him, but it looks like no one really likes him anymore.
He was never really suited for solo lane anyway, he has no natural sustain. He was more suited to the jungle, but that got nerfed."

"Sword of the Divine works on towers, but it may not be intentional.
Xypherous once posted saying he doesn't know why it works on towers. He also finds it a very niche item, which is only ever used against Jax."

AP Poppy's getting nerfed.
AD Poppy's arguably just as good because she can still 1v1 and kill a target with Diplomatic Immunity, BUT also being able to continue fighting due to having more sustained dps and a more tanky build then AP Poppy.

"His passive was originally a global critical-hit-chance buff.
It was nice, but it didn't suit Twisted Fate.
Back then, all abilities scaled by ability-power, and the way Twisted Fate was set up made him a natural nuker.
Wild Cards used to have a 1:1 ratio; same with Pick A Card where "
