Quick Draw sounds like a rip off of 90 Caliber Net - I don't really like backwards dashes.
Buckshots seems like a ranged version of Broken Wings - Spammable skills are always nice. :)
I'm very interested in how Smoke Screen and Collateral Damage work though.

Cho'Gath is a mage tank. You need a little caster-style stats, AND you need a little bulkiness to do well.
Rod of Ages is core because it gives both; ap and mana for his caster-side, and health for his tank-side"
