"Tryndamere's always been able to jungle as far as I remember.
Just search youtube.
Only problem is, if you're ganked at low level with a hard cc champ, you're pretty boned. Tryndamere can't do much in fights before level6 except spin away.

Build however you want. Just remember that the path you're giving up for spell-vamp isn't a Deathcap stacking build.
There are other stacks you're giving up, such as health, mana, passives effects, etc..
