Needs to have a higher stack cap or stack greater chunks of MR. 20 MR isn't actually all that significant. If not buffing the passive, the AS could use a boost up.

Which MMO Hell would you be sent to?
We all know we're guilty of at least one of these somehow.
I think I'd get sent to "V. The Pests" or "VIII. The Maleclaustrum" but might get a field trip into a few others every so often for good...
