1. Zhonya = high AP enough to make your Ult work, but it also gives a solid defensive mech.
2. Not everyone can hit with Lay Waste in team fights. Level3 already deals tons of damage.

A jungler needs a way to gank.
This means they either need:
A powerful slow + gap closer like Shaco, Tryndamere, or Malphite.
A good stun like Xin Zhao, Amumu, or Rammus.

"They changed the red buff and blue buff set up on blue side to have the minions guard the Elder.
This matches the Purple side.
I think this is fair, but I always felt, for Shaco, it was harder on the purple side.
The route is still doable, just have to figure out where to set up."

"Tank Gragas has been hit pretty hard over the recent patches.
Sustainability and Damage reduction both hurt.
He also lacks reliable CC, and his Ult, his only potentially strong CC had it's cooldowns nerfed.
Thus, being played as a mage tank works best."
