Caitlyn 100%.
Her skill shot is as easy as Sivir. Her traps are nice CC, and she as an effective escape, although it's difficult to use for certain walls.
Her Ultimate is amazing if you're good at stacked AD.

Snowball Item stats on Guides
My query is, why are the stats included?
Anyone whose anyone knows that snowball items like Mejai are very situational items, being only good in a fed game....
