And Zilean's cooldowns don't really start humming until level14+ when he has them all over level3.
Early game, his skills drain his mana fast, and make him quite the glass-cannon."

"Well, when Blind Monk was rumored to be released, Udyr showed up out of no where.
Not hard to see why rumors start.
Blind Monk has an excellent combo system.
He seems like a total off-tank, with his saving-ally skill, and constant 2-hit cc/debuffing.
His Ultimate will be quite a treat for te"
