"Singed wasn't nerfed. He was tweaked.
He was tweaked into Tier 1 right there with Singed.
They took his AD/AS, big whoop; His poison is how he pushes like a boss.
Now he has MR and CC-reduction; pokemon masterballs won't even been enough to stop this champion anymore."
