"They nerfed Blue Card for AP Twisted Fate...
It only takes 50% mana return now.
PAC now has a 1:1 AD ratio, so now AP loses out on Blue Card by only having a 1:0.4 ratio...
So the mana-return scaling for AP building is very horizontal... almost no movement.
On the other hand...

Stick to the most concrete lines people can differ upon.
Like:
AP, AD, Hybrid, Tank, Other - these could be the sub category to Lane or Jungle
(Other means any build that doesn't fit the other 4 categories)

"Razor -> Wit's End -> Bloodrazor
Bloodrazor is better mid game then early game. Wit's End is cheaper to build and stronger against anyone with less then 1.1k HP.
Wit's End + Bloodrazor = light armor + light magic resist.
You are not close to tanky DPS.
For Tanky DPS build, I'd recommend a "
