It's already proven that if you just play smart, you won't get focused. Heimerdinger can stay in the back for most of fights, and Zhonya's Hourglass takes care of the rest.
So no problem.
Rockets have a low cooldown and huge range.
Grenade is the ability you may only use once.

2. Their stats scale with AD well
