Black Cleaver isn't tanky dps, it's straight dps, but it's very powerful since your ult will proc all 3 stacks and let you hit like a truck afte"

It visually marks your targets, does nice damage, and combos with Ki Strike for seriously good damage. And, those extra health points your allies get when focusing a target you mark can mean the significant difference"
