"Really like this build.
Although sometimes I prefer Wriggle's Lantern, and Exhaust doesn't seem as important when you have both Frozen Mallet and Two-Shiv. Would make more sense to put Flash, Ghost, or Ignite in your 2nd slot.

Also, looking at it as a whole is a bad bad way to do it.
I itemize for both early and late game, because Karthus is SQUISHY. I try to farm up while still being useful to my team. That's what Zhonya's Hourglass is for.

That's not an argument I can accept.
Aura item doesn't =/= Support-Only item.
Life Steal and Attack Speed can be useful on regular AD champions. That's why you'll see people using Bloodthirster over Infinity Edge in some scenarios.
Also, Stark's is 2.55k
