They nerfed him last night in patch v1.0.0113

Did alright with Kassadin last night, am disappointed in the recent nerfs. :/
I saw an Urgot build tanky DPS and pack Revive/Teleport.
A very impressive player that roflstomped.
He constantly saves teleport+revive for the kills he couldn't g"

"Just tether yourself to a tanky/strong ally.
Have the rush past your target to slow, then you angle to the side for a second strike, or forward to net other targets.
It's all about positioning with Karma.
Of course, this gets 3~5x more complicated when team fights happen, but the same principle"
