"If I remember correctly, he's suppose to be this super-powerhouse with a limitor.
Similar to Rumble, except you have more control over when you're restricted and when you go super-powerful.

Riot is originally quite happy with where she is. But they acknowledge its too niche for the normal player-base so they have a few small tweaks in store for her.
She never needed a rework. She never will. And she never will get one. She only needs small changes."
