"Pillar of Filth + Contaminate & You're the jungler, so you should have Red Buff.
If you need Frozen Mallet, you're probably doing it wrong.
Although a Fratma's build is a perfectly viable choice if you like to give away Red buff often."

Sunfire Cape is a mediocre item. It's cost-efficiency is subpar compared to other items.
Other tanks can deal just as much (if not more) damage, without Sunfire.
The recent buffs helped a little. Especially making Stand United cost 0 energy, means you can use Q more often "

Choosing your masteries was always choice between Presence of the Master and Strength of Spirit
You should never go 0/9/21 - That's just dumb. Strength of Spirit was ALWAYS a non-essential mastery point on Ryze.

I never used Strength of Spirit - I felt the Presence of the Master is a better mastery to have.

If you spend your time learning now, all that knowledge will go to waste when her kit is entirely overhauled.
